Most of Lights-On’s consultants come from a wide background of IT and management covering sectors as wide as banking, the energy sector, manufacturing and consultancy. This gives us a good, broad brush of experience in differing industry sectors.
Layered on top is a long service in legal with many having held senior positions in law firms either as IT Directors / CIOs or as senior managers so we know what is required to make IT successful and what the issues are in the legal sector in relation to IT and getting the most out of your IT.

Finally, we have been operating for 12 years and have built up a very strong and diverse client base giving exposure to all types of law firm from Magic circle through global international to regional and SME firms.
Whilst we specialise in the legal sector, our previous experience allows a far broader application of our consultancy and we have advised a wide range of industries including accountancy practices, consulting, food, software suppliers and even the police.
We have a policy "not to learn on the client’s dollar” and regularly visit suppliers and attend conferences to continuously improve our knowledge and ensure it is kept up to date with the latest trends and direction and active suppliers in the market space.
